We process personal data only to the extent necessary and for the following purposes:

Providing personal data is voluntary, but in some cases it is necessary for entering into and fulfilling a contract. Without it, we may not be able to provide our services.

a) Provision of Services

We process identification and contact data (such as name, email address, and phone number) in order to provide services available through HiStruct applications and to respond to your requests.

Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

b) Direct Marketing (Newsletters)

We may process your email address for the purpose of sending newsletters and commercial communications:

  • If you are our customer: based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and in accordance with Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004, for up to 5 years from your last order or until you object to the processing.
  • If you are not a customer: based only on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in each email.

c) Compliance with Legal Obligations

We process billing and transaction data to comply with legal obligations, particularly accounting and tax regulations.

Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

d) Photographic Documentation (Events)

We may process photographs taken at public events (e.g., training sessions or conferences) for documentation and promotional purposes.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

You have the right to object to this processing at any time and request the removal of a specific photo in which you appear.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated above:

  • Contract-related data: for the duration of the contract and up to 3 years thereafter
  • Accounting and tax data: up to 10 years as required by law
  • Marketing data: up to 5 years or until you withdraw consent or object
  • Photographs: for the period necessary for documentation and promotional purposes

We may retain personal data for longer where required by law or where necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

  • IT and hosting service providers
  • Marketing service providers (e.g., email distribution tools)
  • Accounting and tax service providers
  • Public authorities where required by law
